The power of words

When we understand the intention behind each word we use, it becomes much easier to create the kind of life we desire most for ourselves.

Healing

One of the most important things to do when working in the healing arts is to release the idea & illusion that healing has anything to do with fixing something or someone.

Responsibility

The only person(s) we are truly responsible for is ourselves (which includes the energy we put out) and our children. At a certain time of their lives, even our children reach a point when they too must become fully responsible for themselves.

The art of satisfaction by being present

When we align ourselves with the present moment, we are able to recognize, receive, and enjoy the blessings right in front of us which leads to a more satisfying life experience.

Comfort Zone

Just as big breakthroughs are about to manifest, sometimes we unconsciously and even collectively create distractions for ourselves as a way of staying in our comfort zone. Since the mind always tries to keep us safe the best way it knows how, it usually resists any kind of change moving us out of our comfort zone.

Validation

When we realize we are worthy simply because we were born, we no longer look outside of ourselves for validation and approval. We know that because the Universe itself is absolute perfection, each one of us as physical extensions of that Universe that created us are also perfect which makes us worthy.

Authentic Self

One of the best gifts we can give to the world during this time of personal and global transformation is choosing to be in our true authentic power in every moment of our lives.

Spirituality

Spirituality can be found in a simple loving smile, an act of kindness, or by smelling a scented flower. Spirituality is you, it's me, it's everything.

Self worth

True self worth comes from knowing who we really are & where we really come from. It's the knowing that we each embody the Omni Universe in physical form and we're here to experience & connect even more with this Divine aspect of ourselves.

Source of Abundance

When we realize where our 'Source' of abundance truly comes from, we transcend all limitations, beliefs in lack, & open ourselves up to living in the overflow.
