Being Hard on Ourselves

For so long, many of us have experienced patterns of being hard on ourselves. These patterns could have come anywhere from a past experience that led us to feel unsafe, to internalizing belief patterns that lead us to think being hard on ourselves pushes us to become better people. Whatever the reason, we are now as a collective consciousness evolved enough to understand that we can let go of the patterns of being hard on ourselves, and expand, grow, and prosper while being gentle on ourselves through the process.
