Blame

When we blame ourselves and others for certain experiences in our lives, it's as if we are just handing over the most powerful and authentic part of ourselves which puts us in a state of victim consciousness. We can simply turn this around by asking ourselves questions like "What lesson is this experience showing me" or "What gifts and blessings are trying to emerge right now from this?" When we ask these types of questions, we quickly move out of that dis-empowered woe is me energy we created, and back into our most powerful authentic selves where we can thrive.
